IMPORTANT: NO CHILD will be allowed on the field in August without ALL their paperwork handed in to the Team Mom or Coach.
The following is a list of what is necessary:
2010 Physical Fitness and Medical History Form (2 pages)
2010 Parent Contract and Parent Consent Form (2 pages)*
Report Card showing all 4 marking period of the prior school year
With the year showing on the report card (3 copies)
If you have not already done so a picture of the participant and a copy of their birth certificate**
*Anyone who registered in February and filled out the 3 page form must Resubmit the 2 page form before August 1.
**New Competitive Cheerleaders MUST PROVIDE a copy and an original birth certificate.
Football parents will be able to hand in any outstanding paperwork at equipment handout.
Cheerleaders will be able to hand in paperwork July 19-22 at the Field House.

FIELD SAFETY
For the safety of all children, parents, coaches and spectators, field safety rules pertaining to parking, the announcer's booth and the farm house have been posted on our Bylaws and Forms page and are available by clicking here.

REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests must be received in writing via e-mail by August 1. Wall Pop Warner Charges a $75.00 administrative fee for all refunds. Apparel and fundraiser purchases will not be refunded. The Executive Board retains the right to review exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. This policy supersedes any and all previous polices and procedures regarding refunds.

Wall Pop Warner General Membership Meetings continue throughout the year. To keep up to date with Wall Pop Warner, join our Board of Directors the second Tuesday of every month. Unless posted otherwise, meetings are held at the Municipal Bldg, downstairs in the Arts & Crafts room, 8pm. Everyone is welcome.

Wall Pop Warner supports Cornell Key and Key 2 Sports Training. Cornell provides personal training for the serious athlete ages 10 and up. Please visit Cornell's website to learn more about his programs. Currently several athletes from the Wall High School football team manage both their off / in season training with Cornell.
